I am from Bloomington and graduated from South High School in 1997. I now live in Ellettsville with my husband Heath. I have always been an active person, playing tennis, running track and cross country in highschool. Previously a Preschool teacher, I decided to become a certified fitness trainer through ISSA ( International Sports Science Association) because I enjoy helping others and teaching them the importance of being healthy. I attend many workshops throughout the year learning and working with some of the top fitness trainers around the country.
I decided to start my own personal training business, in which I bring the gym to you because I have heard many individuals say they do not have time to exercise. Many of you I am sure join a gym for good intent but rarely go because of varies reasons such as, finding childcare, dealing with traffic and so forth. So many of us forget to take care of ourselves, because we are so busy taking care of others. Being physcially active has many benefits, not just to lose weight and ward off diseases but we are more mentally alert, energized, happier and the list goes on. When you feel this good you are able to accomplish more and enjoy life.
My goal for my clients is to teach them that exercise can produce results without long and vigorous workouts and how to incorporate exercise into their daily routine. I provide many creative ways to exercise to eliminate getting bored. I work with clients of all ages and fitness levels. I am very passionate about helping people feel good about themselves and to get them on a healthy path for a more happier and prosperous life!
